| If you do not find a course that matches your schedule, contact us. We have four instructors and can accommodate most people. The classroom portion may be Study-at-Home or Standard Classroom, at your choice**Please note that the Study-at Home version does require enough self discipline to complete the work. The final written exam is the same in both cases. Both include the NAUI Education System; Course tuition; SCUBA equipment rental for the pool and open water; free air fills; and Certification Card. No Hidden Fees Price $459.95 Students will need to purchase or rent Mask, Snorkel Fins and Boots. SCUBA Class takes approximately 12 hours of Book/Classroom time, 12 hours of Pool time and 5 Open Water dives. It requires that you be in reasonably good health, reasonably fit and able to swim. The class work covers the Underwater Environment, Diving Physics and Physiology, First Aid, Safety and the use of the equipment. The pool work includes a Swim Test, Use of Snorkeling Equipment, and Use of SCUBA Equipment. After passing the pool and class work, you will demonstrate (mostly to yourself), that you really do know how to SCUBA dive! We already know that you will pass or you would not be there. Discover SCUBA Fridays! 6 - 8:30 p.m. March 2nd, April 13th, May 4th, & June 8th Discover SCUBA Thursdays! 6 - 8:30 p.m. March 15th, April 5th, May 24th, & June 14th Preregistration required. $25 Approximately 1/2 hour Classroom and up to two hours of Pool. All equipment provided. You bring your own bathing suit and towel. Other dates may be available for groups of four or more.
ADVANCED - One night (3 hr. classroom and 1 weekend for Open Water Dives Marine Biology - Tell us what you want to learn, you set the schedule. Taught by a professional Marine Biologist Advanced SCUBA, Rescue Diver, Master SCUBA Diver, Nitrox, Assistant Instructor / DiveMaster, and Instructor Courses are starting all the time. We will schedule Underwater Photography and Underwater Environment/Marine Biology Diver as needed. Tell us what you want and we will work with you to get it. If you have a weird schedule, we can work around it. We've done it before and no doubt, will have to do it again!
